Fixed rates exclude road tolls, and transfers are operated via a premium KIA Carnival limited to 7 passengers and 3 large suitcases. Reservations are recommended 48 hours in advance for Pick Up and 24 hours for Drop Off, with hotel departure advised 2 to 3 hours before flights. Pick Up includes real-time flight tracking with 60 minutes of free waiting time, while Drop Off includes 15 minutes of free waiting time at the lobby. Cancellations made with over 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund, while cancellations within 24 hours are strictly non-refundable.
